Residential Services consist of one single full service a week. One service includes but is not limited to vacuuming, brushing the water tile line, brushing or skimming the water, brushing the pool tile walls depending on what is needed during each visit. Cleaning of debris of pump and skimmer baskets, checking and adjusting chemicals during each visit. Checking equipment to ensure proper function and filtration during each visit. Backwash filtration system as needed and recharge filters with D.E. (If applicable) Our dedicated staff sign in on a service record on each visit and we report on any problems or concerns to the homeowner.
Commercial Services
We provide high-quality pool and spa cleaning services for commercial properties. We work closely and comply with all Santa Clara County Board of Environmental Health and Guidelines.
Commercial Services consist of two to three full service visits a week. Every service visit includes but is not limited to vacuuming, brushing the water tile line, brushing or skimming the water, brushing the pool tile walls depending on what is needed during each visit. Cleaning of debris in the pump and skimmer baskets, checking and adjusting chemicals during each visit. We will also clean and maintain the chlorinator lines as needed. Checking equipment to ensure proper function and filtration during each visit. Backwash filtration system as needed and recharge filters with D.E. (If applicable) Our dedicated staff sign in on a service record on each visit as required by the county and we report on any problems or concerns to management.
